When I have one of those "no accomplishment"-days, I find it hard to go to bed in the evening. I feel like I want to stay awake and do something more to somehow afterwards "fill" the day. I? kept on having bad relationships in my 20's, then I have realized I just need to change certain things about myself, and all of a sudden I met most amazing man for the 1st time.

I have also experienced a fair amount of synchronous events as well. As far as inner voices are concerned, my intuition speaks sometimes and so does my ego. They each have a different sounding voice and both advise? me in various situations. I consider what they both have to say often. I find that signs and my inner voices become very apparent in dream time.

I'm half black and half Venezuelan and a lot of my ancestors are indigenous Amerindians and Native African tribal people. I don't think I would be able to communicate with them because they probably would? speak their native language not English or Spanish. I would only be able to communicate with my ancient European ancestors who still spoke English or Spanish or possibly Latin.

They migrated to Australia a hundred years ago, but the rest of my ancestors are a complete mystery. However as an Australian, I am guessing that the majority of my heritage is European. Unfortunately, I do not have very thick hair naturally. That is why I started cutting it so short. I take vitamins and eat well but my hair was never thick.? :(

But it took me awhile to really get into it and realize that it's okay to not have the focus the minute you sit down, and just to let it happen and work through? it. I normally meditate for anywhere from 15-30 minutes now; just depends on how long I need that day.
