I do believe that small amount of? organic, clean and healthy animal proteins is not harmful and is even needed for your body. Our tribal ancestors have consumed mostly vegan/vegetarian foods such as berries, nuts, grains, herbs. etc. They did not have access to so much animal protein as we do now.
